Christmas survey

Merry Christmas!! We had a great day! It was such a blast watching Kerensa open her presents and be excited about each one. I'll post some pictures once I download them, but in the meantime I wanted to answer an email I received from a friend by posting my answers here.

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? usually wrapping paper
2. Tree--Real or Artificial? artificial, but we almost went with a real one this year (they really mark them down on Christmas eve, and let's just say for a myriad of reasons I didn't put ours up until then)
3. When do you put Christmas tree up? usually the week after thankskiving, but see previous response for this year
4. When do you take the tree down? as soon as I possibly can - probably this coming weekend. I try to capitalize on energy left over from having a few days off of work.
5. Like egg nog? It's okay
6. Do you have a nativity scene? no
7. Favorite gift received as a child? that's a tough one. Most memorable would be a blue and white bike.
8. Hardest person to buy for? ummm, Ryan's older sister's kids because we don't see them enough to know what they really want
9. Easiest person to buy for? Kerensa - so many choices!
10. Worst Christmas gift? probably a coffee mug because I'm not really a coffee drinker
11. Mail or email a Christmas Card? mail
12. Favorite Christmas movie? Probably a toss up between It's a Wonderful Life and the Muppets Christmas Carol
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? usually don't start until November
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? Yes
15. Favorite food to eat on Christmas? probably buckeye balls made by my mom
16. Clear or colored tree lights? color
17. Favorite Christmas Song? traditional - Oh Holy Night - nontraditional Sing Mary Sing by Jennifer Knapp
18. Travel during Christmas or Stay home? depends on lots of factors - usually we stay home and travel in January when the tickets are cheaper
19. Can you name Santa's reindeer? Dasher, Dancer,Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, and Blitzen.
20. Angel or Star on Tree top? Neither
21. Open presents on Christmas Eve or morning? 1 on Christmas Eve and the rest in the morning
22. Most annoying thing about this time of year? hrmm - crowded stores? I've had such a great past 4 days it's hard for me to think of something annoying.
