Hrm, I think it goes without saying that this blog needs an update! Well, since Christmas, I was super busy at work getting ready to go out of town. Then, we spent a week in Ohio visiting family and friends. I was worried about the plane rides, but Kerensa did fabulous!! I might be willing to try another trip with her in the not too distant future. We enjoyed our time in Ohio, but the weather was just as cold as it is here! We got back on the 22nd of January, and the following weekend it snowed literally for 17 to 20 hours in a row. I worked from home on Monday, but braved the roads on Tuesday and Wednesday. We got more snow Wednesday night, so I didn't drive to work on Thursday. Since then, the roads have gradually been getting better.
I've also been busy toting Kerensa back and forth to work with me and leaving her with a friend. Kerensa had a blast there and got to play with another toddler. Most days, she didn't seem too pleased to have her playdate interrupted by my arrival. On Wednesday, though, I picked up Ryan's parents at the airport. It is really nice to have them home again. Lynn helps me out around the house so much. It's also nice just having to get myself ready in the mornings!
