Well, turns out tickets from [here] to [there] were a bit more expensive than I'd hoped. That just required a little ingenuity on our end. So here's the plan, we fly out next Wednesday (sounds so soon!) to Dallas. I am scheduled to take a deposition of some corporate bigwig on Thursday. Our Friday plans are a bit up in the air, but in any event, we will be en route to Little Rock no later than Saturday! Combining work and pleasure will help with expenses, and we will fly out the following Wednesday, again from Dallas. We still have plenty of details to work out, but now you know the master plan.
In other news, the weather has finally gotten warmer, and Kerensa is enjoying some much-anticipated time outside. I went to the doctor last week and heard that reassuring heartbeat, so all seems well with the pregancy. We also scheduled the ultrasound for May 29th, but that date may change depending on our respective work schedules. And yes, we will find out the sex. I can't take (a) the suspense, (b) the task of picking two names, and (c) the inability to plan ahead.

Wednesday the 14th? So you will be in Little Rock the 17th?
Just making sure I get the dates down right! Do you have a schedule already for when you are here?
We sure don't. I know it's soon, isn't it? I booked the tickets last week, but still wasn't 100% sure that this deposition was going to move forward at that time. At this point, the other side is not up in arms about it, so I'm fairly certain everything is a go from my work end. We could drive in to Little Rock earlier, but we are looking at trying to meet up with Ryan's sister (who lives in San Antonio) first.
Exciting! I'm sure you will have a wonderful time! :) (Just don't get any crazy ideas about staying down there, mmkay?)
I can't wait to find out what you're having. I've got my awesome baby name brain circuits firing on all cylinders: Zerubbabel, Joaquin, Lulubel, Dora, Diego, Jezebel, Zinfandel, Mitzi (and that's just off the top of my head!) ;)
